The Hood Radio, operated by 'RolePlay Pty Ltd' is fully licensed and complying with copyright laws in Australia, specifically those governed by the Australian Copyright Act 1968.
We are licensed by APRA AMCOS (Australasian Performing Right Association and Australasian Mechanical Copyright Owners Society) to ensure creators of the music are fairly compensated for the use of their work.
The Hood Radio can be heard online and is available to stream while playing the GTA FiveM server 'HoodLogicRP'
All music on The Hood gets played out of a software program, which logs the music play times.
Each quarter, we submit a report to our licensing authority (APRA AMCOS) called a 'Cue Sheet' in order to distribute the royalties fairly

FiveM is a revolution in video gaming. It is an addon to the Grand Theft Auto 5 (PC Version) video game that allows users to create universes (or servers) for others to play on.
Often this manifests simulation type 'cities', or a 'server', where the rules of how to play, heavily surround the financial economy of the in-game currency, and maintaining a level of realism.
These are what we call RP servers, or Roleplay servers.
The idea is to be realistic and mimic the real world.
Server/City owners can be creative with the design and features of the city, often re-texturing the digital files that is the imagery, scenery, branding, logos etc, of the GTA universe.
Before you can install and play FiveM, you must already have a genuine license to play Grand Theft Auto 5 (Through any launcher)
When GTA is already installed on your PC, simply head to www.fivem.net to install the addon
